Job Description :
- Should be capable in Planning & Analyzing the Business opportunities.
- Should have excellent skill in Designing Marketing Strategy, Branding and Product Promotion & Retailing initiatives for the company and increasing marketing activities through application of Customer Value Management.
- Should have quality of Brand development, building Client network partnership, establishing lasting relationship with Institutional customers, conducting promotions at all levels.
- Should have good Negotiation skill in all aspects of Client alliance contracts commercial, technical & legal obligations.
- Should be able to Prepare & conduct Seminars, presentations, documents, BD tool kit, campaign material, mailers etc.
- Assess and introduce inbound link building strategies and analyse report on performance metrics.
- Good time management skills and the ability to multi task while keeping in mind different deadlines.
Desired Profile :
- Candidates having MBA Marketing degree from a reputed Institute are preferable.
- Should be Presently in Middle & Sr. managerial cadre, team player with experience in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT more then 3 Years of experience
- Should have skill of Strategic Thinking with Tactical implementation.
- Should have experience of handling key accounts in TELECOM, FMCG, INSURANCE, ADVERTISEMENT, MEDIA, AGRICULTURE, RETAIL, CONSUMER DURABLES etc. Demonstrable accomplishments in G2C, B2C & B2B deal making. Direct primary experience with contract negotiations and licensing agreements an absolute requirement.
- Should have Soft skills such as excellent communication and persuasive skill, lively, high energy and initiative coupled with positive attitude, good presenter, proposal preparation capability, preparation of quality documentation etc.
- Should be aware of Computer skills/expertise requirement: MS office and MS project (preferably).
- Should have ability to demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Ability to listen to personnel, understands their needs, propose alternatives and specify the best solution.
- Appreciation of web analytics and Strong attention to detail essential.
